Testimonial:

"Highly recommended. Moved to the area and was hoping to find a private dental practice like I was previously seeing. The team is very welcoming, helpful and especially knowledgeable when dealing with insurance companies. Dr McCartney took the time to explain everything to keep my teeth healthy. Signing up my whole family."

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions regarding dental insurance

To accommodate patients without dental insurance, we provide discounts on exams, cleaning and restorative services as well as multiple payment options.

Do you accept dental insurance?

Yes, we accept most dental insurance plans. If you have questions about whether or not we accept your dental plan, please contact our office! We are always happy to help.

What is the difference between being an in-network vs. an out-of-network provider?

Being out-of-network simply means that we do not have a direct contract with your insurance company. It DOES NOT mean that we cannot accept your insurance. When out-of-network, we use our usual and customary fees for service and file the claim for you. Your insurance will reimburse you directly.

How can I check what my out-of-network insurance benefits are?

To determine your out-of-network benefits, you can contact your dental insurance company to find out more about your coverage.

Is my insurance going to cover all of my treatment?

Dental insurance coverage varies with each policy. If your insurance plan is in-network with our office, we will help you understand your coverage and handle filing the claims on your behalf.

"I was looking for an independent dentist after visiting other businesses that are part of a large chain. I was impressed with the courtesy and great treatment provided on my initial visit to McCartney Dental. From front desk to Mr McCartney it was very pleasant. I would recommend this office if you prefer a more personal experience for your dental needs."
